3D Artist, Aspiring Designer, Mental Health Advocate…
That’s Me!

Get to know me a little better

Who am I?

My name is Nadia, I’m a millennial, and I was born in Mexico. I’m a free spirit at heart, always having swum against the current and seeking new paths that others might consider a bit crazy. As a result of that, I have been living abroad in Israel for the past 8 years.

I’m a history nerd and dedicated foodie with a love for baking. I love animals, art, and singing. My favorite color is orange and my favorite season is autumn.

I’m child-free by choice, I can’t really picture myself being a mom. I am, however, constantly striving to be the fun, crazy aunt to my nieces and nephews.

Artist and Designer

I’ve always been a creative person. Picking a career was a challenge for me. A med school dropout that decided to pursue 3D animation and cinema but ended up working in the architecture industry for eight years.

I am now working as a freelance artist and designing my own new unbeaten path where I can freely express my creativity.

Here, we will deep dive into design learning, trends, and experimentation with different media and 3d software in order to find something that can spark that creative light inside of us.

Mental Health

Mental health advocacy and support are something that I carry with me as core values.

Having been through bullying in my younger years and growing up in an unstable environment with a narcissistic parent, I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and CPTSD my whole life.

I firmly believe that talking about our struggles helps others in similar situations to connect and know that they are not alone. My goal is to create a space where we can share our stories and tips for overcoming these struggles.

More than therapy and medications, I believe human connection and empathy heal. Those who have dealt with mental struggles their whole life are the same people who can best understand that life isn’t always perfect, and the road to recovery is tough and nonlinear. Sometimes the smallest changes in our routines can make the biggest differences that will help us keep going in life.
